Earl Garry Ball (born February 21, 1931), usually referred to as Principal Ball, is the principal of William Penn Academy and a recurring character in The Goldbergs and Schooled. He is portrayed by Stephen Tobolowsky.
Personality[]
Although Earl is in a position of power as the principal of William Penn, he is a rather timid man and seems to be afraid of Beverly - to the point that he's often reluctant to answer the door if Beverly is on the other side of it.
Family[]
Earl is married to Pam Ball. They have three children, one of which is a son named Garry.
